Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process submittals and shop drawings till approved.
• Perform field reviews to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Learn and participate in document control platform and logs.
• Support scheduling and reporting duties with MS Project / P6 exposure.
• Provide administrative support including project documentation up to close-out.

JOB DUTIES

• Review and process submittals and shop drawings till approved.
• Perform field review of assigned work in place for conformance to the contract document.
• Learn and participate in document control platform.
• Computer Skills; proficiency in Bluebeam, awareness of Microsoft Project, awareness of P6
• Administrative support duties include: Physical/digital project document control for Job Set-up including Project Surveys & Permits, Specifications, Drawings, Submittals, RFI’s (Logs) through Close-Out docs.
• Monthly construction reports (Photos & Narrative)
• Change Orders – tracking/distribution.
• QA/QC Logs.
• Punch List.
• Assistance for tracking Foreman’s/Project Meeting Minutes.
• Assistance with Sched ule Updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; preferably engineering, architecture or project management or 2 Year Associates Degree.
• Technical or Trade School a plus. Military; preferably Technical/Construction/Logistics background/ Leadership experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with computer applications.
