Job summary

USA Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering and EPCM initiatives from kickoff through completion in a hybrid Denver area setting. You will drive schedules, budgets and plans while coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction teams and clients to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within engineering or energy sectors, with EPCM exposure and strong leadership, communication, and risk-management

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience within engineering, industrial, energy, or related environments.
  • Experience working within EPCM organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation through execution and closeout.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Track project performance and proactively resolve risks and issues.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across project teams.
