Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Engineers, Resident Engineers, and CND staff to provide professional engineering expertise for Non-Recurring Maintenance/Maintenance & Repair projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, county, state, and Federal codes in CND projects.
• Provide guidance to program officials in VA Central Office and NCA for national cemetery design and construction.
• Develop and prepare complete plans and specifications for new engineering projects within the CND; oversee design phases of complex construction and repair projects.
