What you’ll do

As our Project Engineer, you’ll be involved in dynamic engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and growing our engineering services by pursuing and creating business opportunities.
• Managing and providing work to direct reports to maintain billable utilization.
• Developing scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Preparing proposals and selling services to retain and obtain clients.

What it takes

Ideally, you’ll have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. If you have seven or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. Additionally:

• You have a proven track record of successful project design and management.
• You are a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or can secure licensure shortly after starting.
• You possess strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems, and roadway design.
• You communicate effectively in speaking and writing.
• You have strong analytical and organizational skills.
• You are a team player and excel at mentoring others.
• You have a passion for crafting tailored solutions and exceeding client expectations.
