Job summary

Harper Construction is seeking a Project Engineer for a military project located at MCAS Yuma in Yuma, AZ. You will support safety, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and LEED coordination on complex design-build efforts.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, strong computer skills, and experience with drawing interpretation and Procore document control. This position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Reading drawings and specifications preferred.
• Procore document control system knowledge preferred.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Emphasize safety during daily project responsibilities.
• Create, manage, process and log RFIs and submittals.
• Develop and update project schedule with Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Facilitate communication among project team members.
• Manage project close-out, including warranty letters, guarantees, and acceptance of work.
