Job summary

Michels Preconstruction Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in the Seattle area to support the development of large energy, infrastructure, marine and transportation projects.

You will work with field teams and customers to craft reliable construction solutions, balancing safety, social responsibility and environmental stewardship. The role emphasizes delivering proposals and delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field plus 2+ years of construction experience.
• Construction experience in Civil, Power, Utilities, Mission Critical, or related industries.
• Ability to identify deliverables, work with internal teams to generate proposal documents, and provide quality review before customer deadlines.
• Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

What it takes:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related and 2+ years of related experience in Construction, or equivalent combination of both
• Construction experience in Civil, Power, Utilities, Mission Critical, or related industries
• Ability to identify deliverables, work with internal team members to generate proposal documents, and provide quality review prior to customer deadlines
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
