Role can be based in Eden Prairie, MN or New Ulm, MN; some travel to New Ulm may be required. Relocation not provided, and ESOP benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physical science.
• Understanding of engineering concepts and tools (Gage R&R, DOE, SPC).
• Ability to identify technical problems and apply systematic solutions.
• Ability to present technical information to internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of capable processes and transfer product into production.
• Create documentation and work instructions for manufacturing operators.
• Analyze requirements and ensure compliance with contract quality standards.
• Support root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
