Job summary

Windings is hiring Production Assemblers for its Inserting, Connecting, and Varnish departments in New Ulm. The role focuses on precision assembly, wiring, forming, and finishing of electric motor components within a structured, team-based environment.

Candidates should have 6+ months of manufacturing experience and be detail-oriented. We offer full benefits, ESOP contributions, 401k matching, and a pay range of $18–$22 per hour with a performance-based bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Perform wire-to-wire and wire-to-lead electrical connections.
• Solder and insulate components.
• Shape and lace motor coils.
• Follow electrical assembly standards and quality procedures.
• Inspect parts to meet aerospace tolerances.
• Follow written work instructions and quality procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Use basic computer systems for inventory and documentation.
• Follow PPE and safety requirements.
• Support team-based production environment.
• Meet production standards while maintaining high quality.
