Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Project Engineer to join the engineering team and drive design, development, and commercialization of new and existing products. You will participate from concept through development, coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet schedules and quality goals.

The role requires strong CAD/CAM skills, BOM proficiency, and a track record of process improvements. Travel may be required to support manufacturing and packaging teams, with opportunities for growth and hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/manufacturing/industrial field or related experience.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and related tools.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and lead projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/yearly budget for projects.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software and Microsoft Access in development.
• Understand Bills of Materials and target cost.
• Support design, development, and validation of new products.
• Lead design/process improvements and floor layout planning.
• Coordinate safety and regulatory compliance activities.
• Document cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
