Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC invites students to join our Corporate Internship program, offering hands-on experience in the multifamily construction domain. As an in-house general contractor, you’ll work across finance, marketing, IT and more, supporting project teams on active construction projects.

You will participate in planning meetings, assist with quantity takeoffs and bid development, and gain exposure to site management, controls, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• This internship offers exposure to multiple corporate functions including finance, marketing, IT, communications, development, and investment.
• You will gain hands-on experience in the multifamily construction industry while supporting Greystar's project teams.
• Program targets students enrolled in 2- or 4-year undergraduate degree programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work
• Handle project controls management, including requests for information, submittals, document management, change management and quality control
• Participate in project planning meetings and reviews
• Assist the preconstruction team in performing quantity take offs, developing bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Greystar’s Corporate Internship role provides an opportunity for students currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year undergraduate degree program interested in a career in the real estate industry. Corporate Interns will gain practical experience in all areas of the specific corporate function in which they are interning. This may include, but is not limited to, finance, marketing, information technology, communications, development, construction, investment, accounting, and other lines of business.

Additional Compensation

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
