Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a related field.
• Previous construction or internship experience preferred.
• Tendency to take initiative.
• Ability to calculate and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Track materials and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
• Monitor jobsite safety and accident prevention.
• Manage labor schedules closely with superintendents.
• Create and order prefabricated assemblies.
