Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction engineering/management or related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a minimum term of three months.
• Able to read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural/engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods is a plus.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
