• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in construction management, engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Ability to travel extensively and reside at the project site for the summer internship duration.
• Ambition to grow professionally and acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Fortitude to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication with managers, co-workers, subcontractors, and craft employees; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in the efficient control and management of the project, ensuring safety and quality programs are executed on site.
• Develop and maintain the critical path project schedule, including revisions; assist in short-term look-ahead schedules and Lean Construction applications.
• Maintain project documentation and expedite to Owner, Architect, and Engineers; understand contract documents.
