Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Organized with great attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel and MS Office.
• Strong, proactive communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to work with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating, developing, managing, and implementing project tasks.
• Support scheduling, equipment deliveries, data analysis, and report development.
• Serve as liaison between project team and community.
• Provide financial reporting support, job costing, change orders, and project billing.
