Empowered Building’s engineering team is actively recruiting a Project Engineer Intern to assist with ongoing projectdevelopmentanddeliverablesrelatedtoLocalLawenergy compliance andASHRAE Level1,2,and3energy audit assessments.
CoreDuties /Responsibilities:
- Learnandassist in project development process working on technical assignments within team:
- TechnicalReportDevelopment - Develop written findings and recommendations related to building equipment and collected data.
- UtilityAnalysis - Organize,review, andreportfindings of utility data from customer building portfolios.
- Calculations - Establishenergy usebaselines,identify energy saving opportunities, andcalculateenergy effects of recommendations.
- Developmentofprojectdeliverablesasneeded.
- Project Manage the implementation of energy conservation measures.
- Assistwithprocess ofutilityrebate incentives during installation of engineered building upgrades.
- Assistwithonsite audit data collection used to determine energy efficiency opportunities.
- Performotherrelated assignmentsasneeded.

- ProficientwithGoogle Applications.
