Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc in Westmont, IL is seeking a Project Engineer Intern to support project teams and learn construction processes, policies, and systems. You will gain hands-on exposure to budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders while contributing to daily site coordination and safety.

This internship emphasizes scheduling, QA/QC, and closeout observations, with collaboration across disciplines and real-world field conditions via our reality capture program.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or related field within 18 months of graduation.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week for at least three months.
  • Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control.
  • Ability to read contracts, specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities
