Job summary

Agupdate is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Lost Creek ISR Mine, focusing on planning, developing, coordinating, and managing projects that improve production, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will report to the Mine Manager and contribute to both new system design and optimization of existing operations.

The role requires hands-on design and field collaboration across wellfield, plant, and site systems, with emphasis on safety, cost estimation, and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in project design, procurement, and construction with safety standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system upgrades across production, safety, and compliance.
• Support wellfield design and construction through engineering input.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and budgets.
• Manage procurement, contractor coordination, and installation oversight.
• Evaluate and optimize existing systems and provide maintenance support.
• Prepare regular project status reports.
• Review environmental and regulatory requirements related to site operations.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams.
