Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a full-time Project Engineer in Butler, WI (53007) for a reputable manufacturing company. The role is permanent with benefits, interviewing and starting immediately, with pay from $105,000 to $130,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Schedule is 1st shift, M-F (8 hour shifts, 7am – 3:30pm), onsite only. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams from quoting to production launch, supporting aggressive sales in medical device manufacturing, reviewing part

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams—from quoting stage of a program to production launch
• Support aggressive sales strategy of medical device and component manufacturing
• Review part designs (draft, side-actions, shutoffs, basics)
• Understand mold features due to part geometry and mold construction basics (review mold designs)
• Medical molding experience
• High-Consistency Rubber, Gum Silicone, and/or Liquid Silicone molding experience
• Thermoplastic and/or thermoset injection molding experience a plus
• Understand good manufacturing processes and APQP, DOEs, capability studies, etc.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organization skills

I am looking to hire a full-time Project Engineer for reputable manufacturing company here in Butler, WI (53007). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.

Pay: $105,000 - $130,000 salary & Benefits

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F (8 hour shifts, 7am – 3:30pm)

Remote: No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cross functional teams- from quoting stage of a program to production launch

• Ability to review part designs (draft, side-actions, shutoffs, the basics)
• Understand mold features due to part geometry and mold construction basics (can review mold designs)
• Medical molding experience

• Understanding good manufacturing processes and advanced quality planning (APQP), DOEs (Design of Experiments), capability studies, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects which includes sound project organization skills
