Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking a full-time Engineering Technician (1st Shift) in Butler, WI (53007). The position offers $25-32/hr, benefits, and profit sharing. This is a permanent role with interview and start dates immediate, and no remote work.

The schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Friday. You will troubleshoot tooling and manufacturing processes, develop and refine production methods, and collaborate with production teams while supporting ECOs, ERP data, and ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and optimize tooling, molding, finishing, and manufacturing processes
• Develop, refine, and implement production processes that improve product quality, efficiency, and consistency
• Analyze manufacturing challenges and recommend tooling modifications and process improvements to reduce scrap, increase productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with production teams
• Provide input on tooling design
• Support the quoting process
• Create and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Update and maintain inventory records, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other engineering data within ERP systems.
