All work will be performed in compliance with company standards, procedures, and government requirements. **Responsibilities:** • Collaborates with affected departments during project development to vet resource estimates, schedules, business benefits, environmental/health/safety impacts. • Develops, implements, and manages capital and expense projects for business unit while adhering to budgets and project management processes. • Facilitates project detailed design and technical reviews to ensure design meets corporate engineering standards. • Manages, controls, and communicates project performance to multi-discipline project teams consisting of internal stakeholders. • Manages multiple projects simultaneously of varying magnitude and complexity from conception to commissioning and start-up. • Acts as a safety leader who upholds company core values and prioritizes personal and process safety. Prepares and leads engaging project safety meetings, drives safely, utilizes the MOC process, and supports the development and implementation of business partner energy isolation procedures.
