Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant design
• Deep knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems and operations
• Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with CAD and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead as a technical resource on smaller projects and collaborate with management
• Manage change orders and track them to ensure accuracy
• Expedite materials and assess impact of changes on schedule and budget
• Assemble submittal packages and required documentation
• Procure equipment, materials and services; participate in subcontractor selection/hiring
• Analyze complex questions and resolve project issues as needed
