Job summary

Pepper Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to contribute to safety, direction, completion, and financial outcomes of construction projects from budget through closeout.

You will collaborate with Project Management and Field Supervision, promote safe practices, and help manage costs, schedules and subcontractors. This role requires a BS in Construction Engineering and 3–5 years of field experience; Pepper offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs with support from a Project Executive or Senior Manager.
• Estimate, value engineer and develop project Budgets with the support from a Project Executive.
• Facilitate subcontractor bid process and manage bid documentation.
