Pepper Construction Group is seeking a Project Engineer I to support project management and field supervision on construction projects in Ohio. You will help with budgets, scheduling, safety, and coordination with subcontractors to promote on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Construction or Engineering, have internship experience, and can build strong relationships with team members and clients. This role offers hands-on growth at a national contractor with local focus.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Prior Co-Op / Internship experience in construction field preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgets and project value engineering.
• Facilitate subcontractor bids and documentation.
• Plan and schedule projects.
• Monitor costs and forecast profits through project completion.
• Support safety practices on site.
