Responsibilities

• Assist with project budgets, value engineering, and estimating.
• Facilitate subcontractor bid process and manage bid documentation.
• Use software/templates to process, distribute, and track project documents.
• Negotiate subcontracts and material buyouts; manage project costs and forecasts.
• Plan and schedule projects; coordinate with subcontractors and field staff.
• Support project closeout and ensure safety and quality on every job.
