Job summary

AVL Mobility Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer II - Design to provide technical, program, and account management expertise to cross-functional teams. You will coordinate design activities, lead proposals, and ensure successful execution of engineering programs across vehicles and mobility platforms.

The role requires ownership of CAD design tasks, system engineering responsibilities, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Plans and formulates workflow to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Leads project phases: studies, specs, and technical plans.
• Coordinates meetings, design reviews and sign-off reviews.
• Resolves engineering and design conflicts.
• Responsible for 3D/2D CAD design of components and assemblies.
• Owns system engineering tasks: architecture, interfaces, DFMEA/DVPR, BOM input.
• Coordinates input from other teams such as Analysis.
• Leads and authors single-team proposals.
• Provides engineering leadership to project teams.

MTI is looking for a motivated engineer to join our team. We are specifically looking for a Project Engineer II - Design to provide technical, program, and account management expertise to cross-functional business development and engineering program team execution activities.

Roles:
