CANUSA EPC is seeking an Intermediate Project Engineer to lead portions of design and engineering across upstream/midstream oil & gas projects. You’ll drive technical work from feasibility through startup, collaborate with clients, and move projects forward in the field and in reviews.
The role emphasizes ownership, independent work, and mentorship from senior engineers, with opportunities to advance in full project lifecycles and client-facing responsibilities across North America.
We’re not your average EPC firm and this isn’t your average engineering role.
At CANUSA EPC, you’ll step into a hands-on Project Engineer role where your work actually moves projects forward in the field, in design reviews, and with clients. You won’t just support projects you’ll help lead them.
You’ll be involved from early feasibility through detailed design, vendor coordination, and field execution. One day you’re reviewing P&IDs or piping specs, the next you’re on a site walk-down or talking directly with a client to solve real-world problems.
This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership, work independently, and still have strong senior engineering support behind them.
You’ll also act as a client-facing representative of CANUSA EPC so communication, confidence, and professionalism matter just as much as technical skill.
We combine engineering excellence with a practical, field-driven mindset. Our teams work closely, move quickly, and take pride in delivering work that actually gets built and operates safely.
We believe great engineering comes from collaboration, accountability, and respect. We’re building a workplace where people are supported, challenged, and given room to grow.
CANUSA EPC is committed to diversity, inclusion, and creating a workplace where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
