Job summary

Techtronic Industries seeks a Project Engineer I to support cost reduction, product optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams. You translate customer needs into clear requirements, maintain plans, track milestones, and coordinate deliverables from concept to production.

You will develop leadership capability, build sound technical judgment, and contribute to risk management while working under experienced project leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year of engineering, product development, manufacturing, or project work; internships count.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills; ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of product requirements, specs, and CTQ measures.
• Coordinate scopes, deliverables, and milestones with senior leadership.
• Assist in cost, risk, and quality activities across projects.
• Document decisions and maintain project plans and action trackers.
• Facilitate prototype builds, design reviews, and pilot activities.
