Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with scheduling, submittals, and administrative duties on construction projects.

You will coordinate with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors, manage change orders, and help ensure quality control per contract documents and ISEC policies. Ideal for candidates with 0–3 years of experience and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of ISEC products, services, processes and projects.
• Understands project plans and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, preparing, and finalizing project schedules.
• Procure and submit project submittal information and manage approvals.
• Administer subcontract requirements, contract documents, and change orders.
• Coordinate communications among owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed per contract and ISEC policies.
• Support monthly billings, cost projections, and weekly logs.
• Visit jobsites as needed and review jobsite progress.
