At HGC Construction, we’re not just building structures; we’re building a legacy of quality, integrity, and purpose.### **JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects.* Monitor project schedules and budgets to support on-time and on-budget delivery.* Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective execution.* Support site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.* Assist with preparing and reviewing project proposals, contracts, and change orders.* Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment needed for project completion.* Maintain communication with clients, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.* Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts in the field.* Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and confirm adherence to design requirements.* Support management of subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality work.* Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.* Promote and support adherence to all safety protocols on the job site.* Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on progress and challenges.* Assist with project closeout and evaluation to ensure quality and client satisfaction.## Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field* Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in construction project management or related role* Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Procore* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure* Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction**Huseman Group is an EOE/M/F/D/V - Alcohol- and Drug-Free Workplace**
