Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer with commercial HVAC experience for our San Jose area operations. This role involves leading HVAC projects from planning through completion, reviewing contracts, and keeping milestones on track.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The position emphasizes budget oversight, client communications, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Projects from 50k to 25k+ million
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to review and negotiate contracts.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of construction management principles.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Relevant qualifications in plumbing or construction management will be highly regarded.
