Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer with commercial HVAC experience to lead and manage a variety of plumbing projects from start to finish. The role requires strong communication and collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will review contracts, develop schedules, and monitor budgets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Projects from 50k to 25k+ million
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to review and negotiate contracts.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of construction management principles.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Relevant qualifications in plumbing or construction management will be highly regarded.
