Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, or Architectural Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ technical experience in HVAC, piping, and plumbing.

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating onsite construction activities.
• Draft RFIs and Proposal Letters.
• Review submittals and specifications.
• Maintain logs and prepare productivity reports.
