Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in heavy/highway construction, especially on projects over $20 million.
• Familiarity with grading, drainage, paving, bridge construction, retaining walls, and other scopes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all on-site project administration, including document control.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction activities and schedules.
• Prepare job budgets, change orders, and cost reports for review.
