Viewpoint, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer for heavy civil construction in the EDINBURG/MISSION, TX area. The role involves cost tracking, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and owners to support multi-project delivery.

The candidate should have a 4-year degree (or equivalent experience), a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction billings and cost tracking for sequential costing; include job cost analysis.
• Maintain records and logs.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and owners.
• Prepare RFQ and bid packages.
• Develop and follow a two-week look-ahead schedule.
• Participate in subcontractor and owner meetings.
• Prepare and deliver close-out and owner's manuals.

Position Description

• Construction Billings, Cost tracking for sequential costing to include Job Cost Analysis


• Maintaining records and logs


• Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and owners


• Completing RFQ and bid packages


• Developing and following a two week look ahead schedule


• Participating in subcontractor and owner meetings


• Preparation and delivery of close out and owner's manuals
