Job Responsibilities

• Deliver project documentation in a timely and quality manner.
• Maintain project schedules and support project managers.
• Review drawings using AutoCAD.
• Use Microsoft Office and Excel for document management.
• Understand and communicate project cost phasing.
• Monitor and update project schedules using P6.
• Coordinate permits, traffic control plans, and utility coordination.
• Complete SWPPP inspections and submit documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a construction environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
