Project Engineer – Healthcare Construction

We’re looking for a Project Engineer who is eager to build their career in healthcare construction. Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Support projects from preconstruction through closeout, learning the full lifecycle of construction
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals
• Help monitor schedules, budgets, and quality while learning to anticipate and resolve issues
• Gain exposure to safety and compliance processes critical to healthcare projects
• Build lasting relationships with project teams and clients

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer (internships or full-time) — healthcare experience a plus but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
