KOSTAL of America, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer – Hardware Electronics to lead design, development and validation of automotive electronic hardware. You will drive DFMEA, thermal analysis, and PCB layout oversight while coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers.
Responsibilities include circuit design reviews, production releases and ensuring traceability to customer specs. A strong background in LIN/CAN and motor control systems is preferred.

The Project Engineer – Hardware Electronics is responsible for the design, development, and validation of electronic hardware for automotive control modules and switches. This role supports the complete hardware development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, schematic design, circuit analysis, PCB layout oversight, testing, and troubleshooting. The position works closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver high-quality hardware solutions.
