Job summary

Alinabal seeks a Project Engineer to support engineering operations on hands-on projects, ensuring technical specs, timelines, and cost objectives are met while upholding safety and quality.

You will coordinate design, manufacturing, and other functions to drive successful project execution, lead by example in problem-solving and technical excellence, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Full-time, on-site role with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of engineering/manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and support technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Support manufacturing teams with engineering guidance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and process standards are followed.
• Coordinate workflows to meet milestones and customer needs.
• Participate in testing and validation of designs and process improvements.
• Assist in training team members on technical processes and project tasks.
• Monitor project conditions and communicate risks or delays.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain communication with VP of Engineering and other departments.
