Job summary

Alinabal seeks a Project Engineer to support engineering operations on hands-on projects, ensuring technical specs, timelines, and cost objectives are met while upholding safety and quality.

You will coordinate design, manufacturing, and other functions to drive successful project execution, lead by example in problem-solving and technical excellence, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Full-time, on-site role with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of engineering/manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and support technical projects.

Responsibilities

The Project Engineer plays a key role in supporting engineering operations by combining technical expertise with project leadership. This is a hands‑on role that ensures engineering projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and cost objectives while maintaining safety and quality standards. The Project Engineer serves as a key point of contact, coordinating efforts between design, manufacturing, and other functional areas to drive successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Support manufacturing and production teams by providing engineering guidance and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
• Help coordinate workflow to meet project milestones and customer requirements.
• Participate in the testing and validation of engineering designs and process improvements.
• Assist in training and onboarding team members on technical processes and project‑related tasks.
• Monitor project conditions and notify management of any risks, delays, or necessary adjustments.
• Support and participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain open communication with the Vice President of Engineering and other departments to support seamless project execution.
• Lead by example in professionalism, problem‑solving, and technical excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of engineering and production objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• 2–4 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and support technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands‑on tasks as needed.
• Proven experience in a Stamping manufacturing environment required.

Other Details:

Work Environment: Manufacturing floor with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.

Physical Demands: Active role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of materials or equipment (up to 50 pounds).

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for extended hours or weekends as needed to support production demands.

Travel: Minimal travel may be required, primarily for training or inter‑facility coordination.
