Job summary

RSI is recruiting for a Project Engineer in Grand Junction, CO to plan, develop, coordinate, review, and assess design projects, including team organization, calculations, equipment standards, and specifications. Interfaces with outsourced engineering and construction companies to ensure project success.

The role provides day-to-day support to Site Leads and requires travel up to 25%. This full-time exempt position offers a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits package with a focus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or scientific field.
5 years of relevant experience.
Valid driver's license.
Professional Engineering License (PE).
CAD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform technical assessments and define project scope.
Develop critical path schedules for engineering projects.
Coordinate design work and prepare drawings and specs.
Provide input for field activity plans and safety measures.
Support construction with engineering input.
Mentor staff engineers and lead project tasks.
Lead tasks on projects up to $250k and 3–12 months.
