Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Regulatory Compliance & Certification Specialist

Seeking an experienced professional to lead and maintain regional certifications and product listings for both existing and new products. This role is the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, overseeing the entire approval process—from application to official certification—while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure and maintain product listings, approvals, and facility certifications to support company sales initiatives.
• Plan, track, and manage product approval projects.
• Serve as the technical representative and primary contact for national and international agencies (e.g., UL, FM, DVGW, CCCF) and local authorities.
• Develop and monitor financial metrics related to compliance, including budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and project management teams on testing procedures, standards, and product marking requirements.
• Participate in approval agency audits and oversee factory production audits, addressing technical inquiries and follow-up actions.
• Represent the company on standards committees and contribute to the development of regional and global codes.
