SGS is seeking a Project Engineer - General Safety to lead engineering tasks for certifying client products to safety standards. You will act as the technical lead, coordinating with the Project Manager and clients to ensure timely delivery.
The role requires evaluating standards, drafting TRFs/CDFs, and developing safety test plans across electrical, dielectric, and mechanical tests, with travel up to 15%. A strong background in electrical/mechanical engineering and lab testing is essential.

The Project Engineer - General Safety is responsible for performing all engineering duties relating to certifying client’s products to applicable safety standards, serving as the technical lead for the project.

Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
