Job summary

HTU in Colorado seeks an entry-level Project Manager to support civil construction projects. You will liaise between office engineers and field teams, verify field work against specs, manage documents, and help produce as-built and shop drawings. Daily site presence and coordination of subcontractors are required.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in civil engineering or construction management, is willing to travel, and eager to gain hands-on PM experience on active projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Willingness to travel and work required days/hours to ensure project success.
• Interest in gaining entry-level project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between office engineers and field teams to ensure project success and efficiency.
• Be present on the field daily to verify work meets engineering specifications.
• Handle important documents and manage correct receipt and storage of materials.
• Survey and lay out job sites.
• Process and review shop drawings.
• Update as-built documents.
• Audit completed construction.
• Complete daily and periodic report updates.
• Coordinate subcontractor work.
