Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Engineer / Dispatcher to drive field coordination, equipment logistics, and project administration for our operations.

You will blend construction engineering support with dynamic dispatch scheduling to keep projects on time, on budget, and safe. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $95,000 per year, plus health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, logistics, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience managing RFIs, PCOs, ACOs, purchase orders, subcontracts, and project ledgers.
• Proven scheduling, dispatching, and routing of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Excellent communication to coordinate field personnel, project managers, mechanics, and vendors; verify licenses.
• Ability to read plans, track assets, and use project management software.
