Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, logistics, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience managing RFIs, PCOs, ACOs, purchase orders, subcontracts, and project ledgers.
• Proven scheduling, dispatching, and routing of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Excellent communication to coordinate field personnel, project managers, mechanics, and vendors; verify licenses.
• Ability to read plans, track assets, and use project management software.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of industry experience).

• Direct experience managing construction documentation, including RFIs, PCOs, ACOs, purchase orders, subcontracts, and project financial ledgers.

• Proven track record scheduling, dispatching, and routing heavy equipment and trucks to optimize job site efficiency and control project costs.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly between field personnel, project managers, mechanics, and vendors while verifying operator licenses and certifications.

• Proficiency in reading construction plans and specifications, tracking asset locations/maintenance statuses, and using project management software.
