Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Project Engineer for the North Texas Region. You will support the project team with coordination, document control, procurement, and quality checks to keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of construction experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and a willingness to relocate as needed. We value teamwork, strong planning, and clear communication in delivering safe, quality construction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction, engineering or related field.
• Relocation may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.).
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination.
• Procurement of construction materials.
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks.
• Coordination of subcontractors.
• Survey and project layout.
• Weekly pictures for progress reports.
• Manage construction equipment.
• Safety management.
• Project estimating.
