Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in construction project coordination or relevant role.
• Relocation may be required for specific assignments.

Responsibilities

• Document control and project paperwork (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims).
• Assist and support project team with daily project coordination.
• Procurement of construction materials.
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field activities.
• Survey and project layout.
• Weekly progress documentation with photos.
• Manage construction equipment.
• Support safety management programs.
• Assist with project estimating.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus
