Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project plans.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
• Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them appropriately and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.
• Support project managers in resource allocation, budget tracking, and quality assurance processes.
• Organize and lead project meetings, capturing minutes and action items to ensure follow-up and accountability.
