Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a B.S., an associate degree with 15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to supervise project budgets and generate quality reports.
• 3–5 years of experience leading and managing projects; delegation helps.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with DoD projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of technical reporting.
• Self-starter, proactive, and able to work with minimal oversight.
• Collaborative team player in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute multiple technical projects with time management.
• Manage project budgets up to $1.0M.
• Develop and manage project costs pre- and post-award.
• Delegate tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Plan and execute tasks within budget and schedule.
• Expand customer and partner networks within our manufacturing ecosystem.
• Develop and mature customer relationships and meet expectations.
• Identify business opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Travel up to 30%.
• Work with managers and contract authorities to ensure quality reporting.
