Qualifications
10 years of experience on large complex multimillion dollar federal construction projects, preferably Department of Defense.
Facilities experience with administrative buildings, airfield facilities and apron, and electrical systems.
Experience with Three-Phase QC/Inspection process and USACE Safety Manual EM 385-1-1.
Responsibilities
Responsible for observation and reporting on assigned projects to government personnel.
Oversees construction, contract administration, and quality assurance activities.
Delivers recommendations regarding compliance to contract provisions.
